First I blocked out the house and furniture from 2d plans also mood boards then I prepared a clay render for the client to see how it looks in general without being specific about materials. Finally, we did materials and in some cases, he decided to choose different furniture and lighting setup so I modelled new stuff to replace and we did the final render. you can see some different steps of my work from clay to final rendering.
